AI-ready GTM data audit
A synthetic data audit exploring the rules, ownership, and review needed before activating AI-assisted outreach.
Portfolio exercise
The analysis uses fictional accounts and contacts. The controlled pilot is a proposed next step; no live outreach results are claimed.

Purpose
I used a fictional B2B SaaS environment to explore how conflicting lifecycle, consent, ownership, and enrichment data affect outreach decisions. The question was whether the operating model could explain why a record should be activated.
How it works
The exercise covers 200 fictional accounts and 3,000 fictional contacts. A five-gate model checks contactability, the existing commercial relationship, the right person, the right timing, and active ownership before considering a record for outreach.
What the analysis showed
After applying the model, 187 contacts remained as pilot candidates. The detailed case study documents the conflicts, the activation logic, and the conditions that would pause a pilot.
These findings demonstrate diagnostic reasoning and system design using synthetic data. The expected benefits of the model have not been measured in a live deployment.
A proposed test
The proposed next step is a controlled pilot of 50–75 contacts in one defined segment, with human review and explicit stop conditions. That would test the reliability of enrollment decisions before expanding automated coverage.
