Walked into a fragmented Pardot instance with 12+ conflicting automation rules and a 100k unsegmented database. Left with a functioning system, the company’s first nurture program, and email engagement doubled.

  • Audited and rebuilt a fragmented Pardot instance, eliminating 12+ conflicting automation rules that were breaking segmentation and blocking lead flow between marketing and sales

  • Redesigned Salesforce campaign architecture with a structured parent/child hierarchy across 30 campaigns — replacing ad hoc tracking with attribution reporting leadership could actually rely on

  • Transformed a 100k unsegmented prospect database into targeted audiences by ICP fit, product interest, industry, and role
